Alberta Gujarati Association
Alberta Gujarati Association (AGA) of Edmonton was established as a non-profit
and charitable organization. It was established about 40 years ago by first
generation Gujaratis. AGA is one of the largest cultural organizations in the
Western part of Canada, with thousands of Gujarati speaking members and
supporters. Over the last 40 years AGA has conducted several activities to
promote Gujarati/Indian cultural programs for the residents of Edmonton and
surrounding areas.

Council of India Societies of Edmonton
Council of India Societies of Edmonton (CISE), established in 1976, is an
umbrella not-for-profit organization, to represent Indo-Canadians in the
Edmonton and surrounding area to accommodate the needs of the individuals as
well as social and cultural organizations through a variety of programs. CISE
premises - keeping with the motif - are popularly called the "India Center".
India Center is situated in the heart of Millwoods Industrial Park and is
principally used for sports and recreation; social and community gathering;
dance, music and language classes; rehearsals and practices for CISE programs /
celebrations; member organizations meeting; drop in center for the youth and
seniors; library and reading room; seminars and workshop and many more
activities on a routine basis.

Edmonton Bengali Association (EBA) is a non-profit organization registered in
1979 in Edmonton, the capital city of the province of Alberta. The organization
is governed by an elected board of directors and is responsible for basic
functions of the organization. We are volunteer run, non-political organization
that conducts various social, religious and charitable activities throughout the
